Yes, Ava Gardner was probably one of the most physically beautiful women of all time; however, her love of family, friends, pets, and work, her spirit, and so many other parts of Ava’s inner being were so much more beautiful and refreshing than most women (& men) could aspire. We miss her and cherish her memory.
Even Liz Taylor admitted that her own beauty paled in comparison to Ava Gardner. Forget Helen of Troy and Grace Kelly and all the other pretenders. Ava Gardner, the dark-haired, dark-eyed beauty from North Carolina, was the most gorgeous woman to ever walk the planet. End of discussion!
